Situated within the grounds of Peckhams, a grade two listed property constructed circa 1405, and was originally the stables for the Knights of the order of St John at the Priory. The Stables at Peckhams is located in the beautiful village of Poling just 2 miles from Arundel Castle.

"The barn is in an absolutely beautiful setting, situated in it's own private field with private access and parking. The building is stunningly finished with impressive patio door access to a wrap around balcony from both bedrooms and living area and when inside you have beautiful views to the outside while laying in bed or eating diner.
The layout has been really well thought out with plenty of space, private bathrooms for each bedroom and a lovely communal living and eating space. The attention to detail is amazing, nothing has been forgotten and the decor and little touches make it feel both luxurious and homely.
I had the best night sleep, the bed sheets were so soft and it felt like I was sleeping on a cloud! And it was lovely a quiet. A real gem of a getaway and with easy access to Arundel and surrounding villages/towns on the coast, I would definitely recommend this place"

The property was very well clean and high tech, and we had everything possible provided for us. My children in particular had a great time with the open space and the toys available for them to use. The property was close to the seaside at Litttlehampton so it was a convenient base for us. Would definitely visit again!
